Crudites and Appetizer Food Station by The Catering Station

Get ready for oohh’s and aahh’s…

Our Food Stations are fun, interactive, and meant to impress. They can be appetizer-size (if you’re looking to do more than one), or they can be full-size (if you want one station as your main meal). If you can’t decide between stations, we’re happy to customize a station for you from any of the stations below.

BURRATA BAR

Indulge in the ultimate cheese lover’s dream with our Burrata Bar—a luxurious, interactive station that showcases two types of fresh, creamy burrata: Regular and Black Truffle Burrata. Guests will have the opportunity to customize their experience with a selection of gourmet toppings, including champagne-pickled asparagus, aged prosciutto, sundried tomatoes, basil pesto, micro greens, balsamic glaze, roasted peppers, marinated olives and toasted pistachios. Served with toasted crostini. Optional upgrade: caviar, crab meat, or lobster.

Mashed Potato Martini Bar

Our Mashed Potato Martini Bar is a unique and delightful way to elevate any event. Your guests can select their gourmet base of mashed potatoes, which is served in martini glasses. Guests are given an array of toppings to choose from, including crumbled bacon, chives, sour cream, shredded cheddar, crispy fried onions, and smokey BBQ sauce. Choose 3 from: Joel Robuchon’s Classic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Garlic, Purple Potatoes, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Mash, or Crispy Tater Tots. This station can be full-service or self-serve.

Pasta Station

Choose 3 pasta combinations for a self-serve pasta station featuring Penne, Orecchiette, Rigatoni, Tortellini, Fettuccine, Farfalle, Cavatappi, or Fusilli, which can be combined with your choice of basil pesto, marinara, alfredo, or creamy vodka sauce. Served with grated parmesan cheese, dinner rolls, and butter.

Optional Upgrade to Chef-Staffed Pasta Station: Let our professional chefs create your custom pasta dishes on-demand. Choose 3 pasta shapes and 3 sauces. Your guests will choose their pasta, sauce and an array of toppings including Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Pecorino Romano, Capers, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers, and Fresh Mozzarella. Served with grated parmesan cheese, dinner rolls, and butter.

Live Pizza Station

Watch our chefs prepare artisan pizzas in our portable wood-pellet pizza ovens. Our 12″ pies include standard ones like margarita, pepperoni, white, and premium pies such as arugula and pickled onion, black truffle and mushroom, bourbon-BBQ chicken, veggie supreme, sweet sausage and peppers.

THE APPETIZER STATION

The ultimate finger-food appetizer station, including an assortment of bite-sized creations: Whipped Ricotta and Honey Pastries, Prosciutto Caprese, Shrimp Cocktail Shooters, Mini Turkey Pesto Croissant Sandwiches, Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches, Brûléed Brie Crostini, and Mini Charcuterie Skewers

FRENCH FRY STATION

Who doesn’t love freshly made French fries? Our French Fry Station comes with straight-cut, shoestring, and sweet potato fries. Fill your own cone with your choice of fries and top with Ketchup, roasted garlic aioli, ranch dressing, truffle oil, grated parmesan, siracha, and hot sauces.

EGG ROLL STATION

Our Gourmet Egg Roll Station brings a bold, flavorful twist to this classic favorite. Freshly fried egg rolls, hand-rolled and stuffed with a variety of mouthwatering fillings, served hot and crunchy. Choose 4 from Avocado Egg Rolls, Crab Cake Egg Rolls, Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, Vegetable Egg Rolls, Mac and Cheese Egg Rolls, Short Rib Egg Rolls, BBQ Pulled Pork Egg Rolls, Bang Bang Shrimp Egg Rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken Egg Rolls, Southwestern-style Chorizo Egg Rolls, or Sesame Chicken Egg Rolls. PAELLA

Watch our chefs prepare traditional (and not-so-traditional) Spanish Paellas cooked outdoors at your site.  We use authentic short grain Calasparra rice, and infuse it with saffron, onions, garlic and pimentos, simmers for an hour with your choice of seafoods, chicken, meats and vegetables. Must be cooked outdoors.

ARTISAN SANDWICH STATION

Made with premium ingredients and bold flavors, our sandwich station offers a selection of handcrafted sandwiches. Select four from Italian Asiago, Burrata and Pesto, Mediterranean, Chipotle Chicken Club, The Cubano, Tuscan Chicken Wraps, Hickory Smoked Turkey, or Hummus-Grilled Eggplant-Roasted Red Peppers. A TASTE OF ASIA

This premium station provides a stunning presentation of cascading smoke, Asian decor, and several self-serve menu items that invite your guests to interact with the station. Food items include Chicken Fried Rice, Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Chicken Teriyaki served in individual containers and chopsticks, Hoisin Duck Pancake Wraps and Crispy Chow Mein Noodles.

TACO STATION

It’s like a Taco Truck, but without the truck! Our tacos are prepared fresh onsite. Select up to 3 taco options from the following: Tacos al Pastor, Cilantro-Lime Grilled Chicken, Chorizo-Shrimp, Carne Asada, Chicken Tinga, or Vegetarian Tacos. Served with Chips and Salsa. Upgrade your station with optional add-ons: Mexican Rice, Mexican Street Corn (Elote), or Queso Fundido with Chorizo.

Grillin' & Chillin'
All-American BBQ

Our grill masters will prepare this All-American BBQ on-site, with all the equipment and decor to match.

Tier 1:
Beef sliders, BBQ chicken, sausage and pepper hoagies, smoked turkey, hot dogs, potato salad, and grilled zucchini.

Tier 2:
All of Tier 1 plus Cajun shrimp skewers, chili americana, a grilled peach and halloumi salad, and your choice of grilled flank steak or bourbon-BBQ pulled pork.

GRAZING STATION

A smorgasbord curated with the perfect contrast of various cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, cured meats, nuts, spreads, jams, crackers, honey, and other charcuterie specialties. Basic and premium options available.

The Pub Station

Raise a pint, grab some friends, and enjoy some good pub food, including parmesan fries, chicken fingers, buffalo wings, charcoal broiled sliders, and quesadillas. Additional premium options available including shrimp skewers and grilled lamb chops.

Carving Station

Calling all Carnivores! Meat lovers, this one is for you. Choose two meats from: Roasted Pesto Pork Loin Wrapped in Hickory Bacon, Slow Roasted Filet of Beef, Smoked Turkey Breasts (choose from BBQ, Mesquite, Black Pepper, Lemon-Garlic, or Truffle), Smoked Applewood Sausages, or Honey-Glazed Ham. Optional upgrades available to Prime Rib, Peppercorn-Crusted Sushi Grade Tuna, Tequila-Lime Marinated Flank Steak. Served with two sides.

Latin Heat Station

Experience the Latin heat from the Caribbean and Latin America. Specialties include beef and chicken empanadas, arroz con pollo, churrasco with chimichurri, lechon, a cascade of chips and salsa, tostones, and maduros with all the Latin fixins!

A GARDEN PARTY

Glitz in a Garden. Our Garden Party station is like opening a giant picnic basket including ham and cheese melts, turkey sandwiches on mini croissants, mini-BLTs, chicken tenders, prosciutto stuffed bread, fresh fruit, and Arugula & Strawberry Salad served on martini glasses (substitute with any of our other salads). Complement this station with freshly squeezed orange juice (perfect for mimosas), or any of our other beverage packages.(NF, DFO, VO)

THE MAN CAVE

Guys Night In, game day, or celebrating a special occasion, our Man Cave station includes chipotle-mango chicken skewers, lamb chops, chicken wings (choose two: teriyaki, bourbon BBQ, buffalo, or cilantro-lime), choice of one pasta, choice of one side.

LOWCOUNTRY STATION

Enjoy the unique southern flavors from the Lowcountry region: 
cheesy grits, fried green tomatoes, firecracker shrimp, hush puppies, okra, and Charleston red rice.

A lavishly-decorated table filled with individual desserts such as Napoleons, mini cannoli, assorted pastries, make-your-own-s’mores, crème brule. Select from our variety of desserts to complement your venetian table.

CUPCAKE TOWER

A display of delightful Mini Cupcakes: Choose up to 5 flavors: French vanilla, chocolate ganache, red velvet, key lime, bacon bourbon, strawberry shortcake, lemon pound cake, salted caramel, cinnamon roll, strawberry, or apple pie.

Chocolate Fountain Fondue

Chocolate Fountain (choose from dark or milk) with all sorts of dipping goodies: marshmallows, strawberries, pineapples, wafers, pretzels, brownies, tortilla chips, shortbread, potato chips, and Oreos.

Rockin' Fifties Ice Cream and Soda Bar

Not just for kids, our ice cream bar is equipped with up to 4 ice cream flavors and a myriad of popular toppings (and banana splits too!). Choose to serve the ice cream as its own station or complement it with a nostalgic soda bar: root beer floats, milkshakes and egg creams.
