SERVICE STYLES
Whether you’re planning a formal sit-down dinner or a more casual cocktail-style wedding, we have offerings to match.
- Sit-Down Dinner: This is our plated service. We can serve your guests individually or family style. We offer 3, 4, or 5 course menus. You can supplement your sit-down dinner with our White Glove Butler Passed Appetizers during your cocktail hour.
- Cocktail-Style Weddings: If your event is more of a cocktail-style, we can create several interactive food stations (staffed and/or self-serve), a dinner buffet, and our White Glove Butler Passed Appetizers.
BUTLER PASSED APPETIZERS
Uniformed staff will butler-pass bite-size appetizers wearing white gloves. We offer two tiers of appetizers to choose from, such as:
- Hibachi Chicken Skewers
- Mini Chorizo-Shrimp Tacos
- Hickory Smoked Pork Belly
- Mini Lobster Rolls
- Whipped Goat Cheese with Black Truffle

FOOD STATIONS
Our food stations are fun, interactive, and meant to impress. They can be appetizer-size (when doing multiple), or full-size (when a food station is the main meal). We can customize any food station and complement it with any other offering.
